About Mark

Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Mark founded Mark Ange Builders in 1991. He built his first home in 1990 and since then, has built more than 30 homes in Gates Mills, Pepper Pike, Beachwood, Chesterland, Bainbridge, Russel, Munson, Chardon, Concord and Highland Heights. Mark, his wife Patti and two daughters live in Gates Mills, Ohio.

Every masterpiece home is overseen by company founder and CEO Mark Ange. His goal is to provide each homeowner with the highest degree of quality, craftsmanship and detail orientation. Mark's approach is unique in that each project includes his personal attention to detail. His years of experience shared on each project will assure an availability today.

From the foundation and floor joists, to HVAC systems , to the most intricate pediments, hearthstones and lighting elements, every detail will receive our team's expert involvement, attention and consultation.

We are committed to being just one phone call away, and will keep daily disruptions to a minimum through a careful planning, project management and client review process.

Like any sport, teamwork and collaboration among each player are essential for a winning outcome. This teamwork includes subcontractors, suppliers, and all players. We call this our "Philosophy of BUILD."

Each subcontractor and supplier plays a crucial role in the outcome of a custom home. Mark selects the most skilled, qualified, subcontractors and craftspeople to join his team. Experience has shown that our well-planned, strategic and selective approach leads to successful outcomes and implementation every time.

Having an open line of communication is essential for us; we hold bi-weekly job meetings to ensure your Masterpiece Home proceeds as drawn, on schedule, and budget. This approach ensures no detail is overlooked. Mark has a "zero tolerance" policy for poor craftsmanship, incompetence, or drugs/alcohol on a job site.

The homebuilding process involves many hours of planning, strategizing, and scheduled implementation. Therefore, enlisting the right combination of contractors and suppliers ensures your home progress successfully, and the finished product is one that everyone - the architect, homeowner and each individual associated with "the BUILD" - will be proud of.
