When construction begins, Mark walks you through the process that he supervises from day to day until completion. He encourages bi-weekly visits at minimum to the construction site to explain to you every phase. When your home is completed he gives you a full one-year material and labor warranty against defects. All of the home's mechanical equipment is covered by its manufacturer's warranty.
